Brendan Elkins

Brendan is a director of Income Essentials (Aust) Pty Ltd. Brendan holds a B.Bus Mgt in Strategic Management with over 25 years of senior executive experience with some of Australia’s largest and most respected businesses. His responsibilities ranged from Human Resources, Industrial Relations to Strategic Management issues.

He brings this knowledge of the financial services industry to Income Essentials and is uniquely positioned to utilize these skills of administration and client service at the highest level. Brendan’s accumulated experience and outstanding client service skills, will offer our clients a fresh perspective towards Salary Packaging.

Megan Malkiewicz (Client Services Manager)

Megan is new to the team for 2007. Megan is our Client Services Managers and is responsible for the administration, preparation and management of our salary packages. Megan works closely with Brendan in preparing client packages / repackages and will manage processes and work flows across the business.

Megan brings great value to the business having completed certificates in business (Office Administration) and with an extensive back ground in salary packaging having worked with Salpac for over 5 years. 

Megan has also worked in Human Resources and payroll and is more than happy to assist you in this area.

Sharnie Huynh (Client Services)

Sharnie is responsible for customer enquiries pertaining to salary packaging and is responsible for the general management and administration aspect of the business. She has made a long term commitment to the industry, and possesses a keen desire to broaden her knowledge base and experience.

Always happy to assist with any inquiries that you may have, Sharnie prides herself on the ability to solve a wide range of varied and often complex problems. She is responsible for a number of our communication strategies, helping to ensure that our clients receive all the information they require in a timely fashion.  Fluent in 4 other languages, she has used her linguistic skills to assist both client and adviser on more than one occasion.

Having completed her Diploma of Business in Banking and Finance, she has commenced further studies in a Bachelor of Business (Economics & Finance) degree.

Jenny Brown (Consultant)

Jenny is a Consultant to Income Essentials (Aust) Pty Ltd. She runs her own Financial Advising Practice and is Head of Strategy for IEA, Senior Financial Adviser and Director of JBS Financial Strategists. She is a SMSF Specialist Adviser™ (SSA), with over 14 years experience in the financial planning industry.  She holds the Diploma of Financial Planning and is recognised as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) by the Financial Planning Association of Australia. Jenny is a founding member of the Superannuation Professionals Association of Australia (SPAA), an Associate Member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia and a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT).

Jenny is an Authorised Representative of Bongiorno Financial Advisers (Aust) Ltd; her advice covers a wide spectrum of investment and strategic opportunities, including both innovative and traditional products. Her accreditation and specialist knowledge in the Financial Planning industry and in particular the Self Managed Superannuation field sets her apart from her peers. 

Jenny’s concentration is in the creation and management of long term wealth for her clients whilst ensuring their short term wealth is both protected and maximised.

Barry Sheales (Consultant)

Barry is a Consultant to Income Essentials (Aust) Pty Ltd. He has over 25 years experience in the Financial Services industry.

Beginning in 1978 as an independent agent, he then went on to become a Divisional Sales Manager with National Mutual (AXA) before joining Bongiorno Financial Advisors Australia as a Multi-level agent in 1990, specialising in Risk Management, Group Insurance, Lifestyle Planning and Salary Packaging.

He is an Authorised representative of BFAA and holds PS 146 Accreditation.

In late 2005 Barry made the decision to make Salary Packaging the company’s Focus Product and Core Activity.
